We do not mind getting involved and trying to resolve conflicts or disputes as they arise and can only help if we are aware of the issues.

The association is responsible to own, maintain, improve, construct, reconstruct and manage all of the common areas and all facilities, improvements and landscaping as well as the parking spaces and islands, including any additional property acquired by the association.
We do not have a phone number available for the public to use, but depending on the situation, a board member may be kind enough to volunteer their own personal home phone number for you to call. If this number is provided, it is not intended for public distribution and is intended as a one time only solution. Do not save the number for calling on future issues unless the board member has explicitly stated that you may do so.
