The board members are not paid and each one volunteers to help the association as their own time, jobs and personal schedules permit them the availability to do so. As such, the board meetings are held when the majority of the board members have time available that they can get together and are not set to any specific schedule. Serious efforts are made to hold meetings to a minimum of at least monthly. Not all board meetings are open to the public as they are often held in the board members own homes for convenience purposes and may not accommodate large numbers of people. If you are interested in attending a board meeting and are not a board member, it will be necessary to submit an email requesting to do so.
