Furnace Hills Homeowners Association Phase II

There are three phases to the Furnace Hills Development.
This specific Homeowners Association only represents those residents who are living in phase two.
There are a total of 265 houses that the phase two Home Owners Association is responsible for and no additional homes will be built in the future. It is often difficult to identify where one phase of the development begins or ends and guessing by the change in the pavement doesn't always work. So, here is the "official" listing of all the homes that are encompassed in phase II.
Carroll County requires that any developer prior to building any structure is to have a Home Owners Association in place first. All of our homes are all located within the city limits of Westminster, Maryland (zip code 21158).
