Furnace Hills Homeowners Association Phase II

BOARD MEMBERS

All of the members on the home owners association are not paid and as such, are serving on a voluntary basis.

Their phone numbers, addresses and private email contact information may be publicly available on the internet, but are considered private information by the association and will not be posted or publicized without first receiving the members explicit consent before doing so.

Only those people who own a residence in the (Furnace Hills Phase 2) development may become board members.

Anyone who wishes to become a board member must first be voted in by a quorum of the homeowners in order to legally represent the homeowners. All of the current board members are legally appointed by the homeowners and are considered to be in good standing.

The association does retain and consult with a lawyer who specializes in Homeowners Associations for all legal matters. The lawyers name and contact information will be provided as requested on a case by case basis.
